Custody in Florida splits across a few systems. The Franklin County Sheriff's Office runs the local jail and posts an arrest log. That side holds people before trial and those serving short county sentences. The Florida Department of Corrections is separate. It keeps its own offender locator for people sentenced to state prison. Federal and immigration detainees show up somewhere else again, in the Bureau of Prisons or ICE systems. We gather these rosters, locators, agency contacts, and request steps so they sit side by side instead of scattered across a dozen tabs.
